o Recipient density ave: 16 FU/cm2
o Donor Density: 80 FU/cm2
o Donor hair / follicle ave: 2,6 hair / follicle
o Hair Diameter: 80 Microns

Treatment plan:
o Total area requested would need 4500 FUE: Procedure divided in 2 procedures
o Diffuse spread of the FUE’s across the frontal and mid scalp areas
o Low Density 25 – 30 FUE/cm2 planned to conserve hair for future FUE and second procedure when indicated

o 430 Single hair FUE
o 1389 Double hair FUE
o 755 Triple hair FUE
o Single procedure on same day completed
o Frontal and mid scalp areas done with blending into the first procedure area
