Use 1-2 per week or as needed, apply on clean, dry skin. Massage in circular motions starting with small sections of the face, massage gently until dry. Gel will bond with dead skin cells and bead up. Finish by rinsing with warm water, use washcloth if gel sticks to hair. Avoid hairy areas.
